The Leaf-cutter Bee, native to the Asheville area, is indispensable for pollinating wildflowers, squash, melons, peas, and other summer fruits and vegetables. This design features the super pollinator carrying a leaf to build its nest — something that distinguishes it from more hive-minded bees — and is framed by the signature cut-outs it is known to leave behind.
